More awards for our CEFAPIT members in FITUR, Madrid, Spain!
Three guides of the association from Madrid have received rewards at the best guided routes.
On January, 24th the 3 best tours of the city of Madrid were awarded at the FITUR fair venue in the Madrid stand. This year has been the first edition of the “Best Visit Award”. The jury met on January 17th in the Casa de la Panadería whose members included the director of Destino Madrid pertaining to the City Hall, the secretary of AEPT the Spanish association of Tourism professionals, as well as the Prado Museum’s communications director, along with the vicepresidents of CEFAPIT and APIT Madrid.
There were 4 finalists of which 3 received the final awards.
The awards are sponsored by the City of Madrid.
The Casa de la Panadería is Madrid city's municipal center for the development and promotion of Tourism.
The Madrid qualified tourist guides awarded are:
1st María Teresa de la Vega
2nd María Jesús Malo
3rd Gerardo Rapazzo
