Important Notes:
All bookings made here in this form are open only for the FEG AGM weekend with arrival on the 24/11/2023 and departure on the 26/11/23 for the delegates of the FEG tourist guide member-associations, appointed by their tourist guide association letter sent to FEG, plus one accompanying person per hotel room.

All bookings and payments done on thi s online form are per room for the Delegates Only AGM Weekend Package registration, with a deadline on the 31st August 2023.
Delegates are asked to register online and pay for the package after they fill in all travel details in this form. The form fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory.

Packages and Pricing

FEG Delegates Only Package, Fatima for 24th - 26th November 2023

Includes: Airport transfers; 2 nights’ accommodation with breakfast in the 4 star Estrela de Fatima Hotel in Fatima, Portugal; AGM Meeting for 2 days; coffee breaks & lunch for the weekend; gala dinner; farewell lunch.
If an extra night is booked for the 26th November 2023 night, please note that on Monday 27th November the transfers from Fátima to Lisbon airport will be done at 08h00 AM.

Terms and Conditions

Registrations must be submitted and paid online.
After filling in the registration form, you agree to the terms & conditions.
Registration is done per room, for single, double or triple use, not per person.
Receipt of the registration form and payment confirmation of your booking will next be acknowledged to your email address.
All participants are strongly advised to have medical and travel insurance.

Payment Registration fee must be paid in full per hotel room booked in euros by a bank transfer payment at the time of registration.
Payment transfers are done per room, for single, double, or triple use, not per person.

Please, ensure that your full name included on the bank or Stripe transfer.
Registrations not paid in full by the due date will be cancelled.
No hotel rooms, meals or coach tours vacancy can be guaranteed after the deadline of the 31st August 2023 by the organisers.

Important Note: All bookings – including the Main Meeting Programme - will be open only to qualified tourist guides, who are FEG association members and one accompanying person per room and will be on a first- come first- served basis. Delegates are asked to register on lineper hotel room and to pay for their package after their registration form is complete and submitted online to the host, the SNATTI Tourist Guide Association, as the organizer.

Cancellation and changes

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to
Your cancellation or changes will be acknowledged by return email by the organisers. 90% of the package fee will be refunded where cancellation is received before the 31st August 2023, with a 10% charge deducted for handling fees and bank expenses.
No fees will be returned where cancellations are made after that date.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
All invoices will be sent to participants after the meeting upon request.

Any participant who selects a registration package in a double room to share with an appointed participant agrees that - in case the other appointed participant does not register or cancels after registering - the remaining registered participant will pay the agreed double room price, unless another participant shares the double room.

By sending this registration form online, I confirm I am a tourist guide in my country/region of qualification, my FEG member-association will send to FEG secretariat the letter of delegate appointment and I accept the prices, terms and cancellation conditions seen in this form or on the FEG Meeting website.
